Over two decades I have founded more than 25 companies, completed 20 exits, made 11 acquisitions and raised over $400 million in capital. I have signed the deals, sat through the diligence, and learned exactly which decisions add value and which ones quietly destroy it.
Now I work with a small group of founders running $1M–$100M businesses who want the same thing: a company that is more profitable, less dependent on them, and worth significantly more than it is today.
